All Cuddle Down products come with a repair or replacement warranty of different levels. Please see below:
We offer a 30 day manufacturer’s warranty against defects which include:
- Leaking
- Broken or ripped seams
If you have an issue with your Cuddle Down Pillow within 30 days of purchase, please contact the location of purchase with respite. They will work with Cuddle Down Products directly to rectify the issue.
We offer a 10 year warranty against manufacture’s defects which include:
- Leaking
- Broken or ripped seams
- Broken baffles

We offer a 3 year warranty against manufacture’s defects which include:
- Leaking
- Broken or ripped seams
